My upmost priority is for all clients to be treated with care, fairness and respect within my practice, and I feel my policies reflect that.

Opening Hours

My opening hours have been adapted around school and nursery hours, so please be punctual to all appointments. As childcare hours become more available my opening hours will change in the future, all clients will be given notice of extended opening hours. 

However, if you need an appointment outside of these hours please contact me immediately, although not always possible, I will try to accommodate all my clients as best I can.

Bookings and Deposits 

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit should be paid via cash/card/bank transfer or online booking system, the deposit amount will be at least  50% of the full treatment price. 

Without a deposit the treatment will not be booked and appointment will not be scheduled.

A receipt of deposit amount and booking confirmation will be sent following payment being made. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please make contact immediately.

All non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the full treatment price after appointment completion, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, however will be held for up to a year to be redeemed against any other treatment.

Non-arrivals will be charged a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% upon rebooking, this is on top of the already paid deposit, resulting in the full treatment price being paid upfront before a rescheduled appointment will be confirmed. I cannot be held responsible for rescheduling of appointments by non-arrivals.

I hope it is appreciated that as I am self-employed, my time is my income. As such, I reserve the right to decline bookings and appointments without a deposit. 

Cancellations

As a parent I understand things happen unexpectedly, and many circumstances are completely unavoidable. 

I do, however, require AT LEAST 24 hours notice of all cancellations and rebooking.

Clients rebooking prior to the 24 hour notice period will be required to pay a further 10% deposit upon rescheduling their appointment.

Non-arrivals and clients rescheduling within the minimum 24 hour notice period will be required to pay the remaining (up to) 50% deposit upon rearranging their appointment.

All clients are responsible for booking and rescheduling appointments, I cannot be held responsible for any appointments not scheduled by clients through fault of their own.

In Case of Emergency

I am contactable 24/7 through my social media and email address, however please be mindful that during business hours and school times I may be busy and take longer to reply. 

If you are concerned about any complications after your treatment please contact me first so I can set up a face to face assessment. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can only be purchased in person via cash/card/bank transfer, all gift vouchers are coded and any unauthorised or suspected fraudulent gift vouchers will be declined for use. 

Gift vouchers can be used against any treatment, however if the gift voucher amount is less than the treatment price, the remaining amount will need to be paid before any treatment can be booked in.

All gift voucher amounts will be held for up to a year to be redeemed, if no appointment has been made within the year after purchase, the voucher will be void. 

I reserve the right to decline appointments, confiscate and destroy any gift vouchers if they are suspected to be irredeemable under any circumstances. 

Please contact me directly if you have any issues booking before the voucher expiration, only under extreme circumstances can an exception be made.
